Dress-code dilemmas over shorts in the heat

Recruiters that allow female consultants but not their male colleagues to wear shorts in hot weather run the risk of discrimination cases being brought against them.

As temperatures hit the high-20 deg Cs (mid-80 deg F) across the UK, the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS) issued its top hot weather tips for employers during the heatwave.
