Facebook uses live streaming as one strand to attract talent

Social media giant Facebook is using tools such as its own live streaming service Facebook Live in its arsenal of recruitment activities to attract new talent, one of its EMEA recruiters has said.
Tools that can showcase Facebook’s culture are important in the company’s recruitment drives, cyber security recruiter Dan Paine told the Innovation Circus last week, saying, “Culture is hugely, hugely important to us.”
