• Healthcare recruiter Healthier Recruitment has been awarded a place on the NHS North of England Collaborative Procurement Partnership’s (NOE CPC) Framework Agreement for Healthcare Consultancy Services. 

EXCLUSIVE: Life sciences recruiter ProClinical has been acquired by healthcare staffing and services provider Independent Clinical Services (ICS). Clearwater International UK advised ProClinical, which works with organisations across Europe, Asia and the US to fill roles across the entire drug or product lifecycle, from research and development through to manufacturing and commercialisation.

The business has filled direct hire and contract vacancies for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and technology companies, contract research organisations and contract manufacturing organisations. ICS is a leading provider of health, life sciences and social care staffing and services to the UK health sector. Clearwater previously transacted with ICS on its acquisition of healthcare staffing provider Liquid Personnel in 2016.

• Global confectionery company Cloetta has chosen enterprise cloud applications provider Workday’s human capital management (HCM) technology to streamline and standardise the company’s HR policies, processes and reporting.
