Footballer-turned-recruiter assesses ex-club Mansfield Town’s FA Cup chances

An ex-footballer recruitment consultant has told Recruiter he thinks his former club will need the same attitude required in the world of recruitment to make it into the FA Cup fourth round.

Back in November, Recruiter caught up with Ricky Ravenhill, a consultant at Doncaster-based Venatu Recruitment, to assess his former club Mansfield Town’s chances against non-league Shaw Lane.
