Sports bar creates 80 new jobs in Liverpool

Liverpool’s hospitality sector is to be boosted by 80 new jobs, thanks to the opening of a second McCooley’s bar.

The Liverpool Echo reports Pub Invest Group Bars, owners of sports bar McCooley’s, is to open a second bar in the city centre, creating 80 new jobs with roles ranging from part-time bar staff to full-time supervisors and bar managers.

The new bar, known as McCooley’s Mathew Street, is set for launch at the end of October.
