FINANCIALS: SSQ posts positive results

Legal search and recruitment consultancy SSQ has seen revenue and gross profits rise year-on-year, according to results for the year ended 31 December 2016.

The results, uploaded to Companies House in the past week, reveal turnover of £26.2m, up from £25.5m in 2016, and GP of £22.6m from £21.5m over the same period.

Commenting on the group’s performance, SSQ CEO Nick Shilton said: “Our business continues to move forwards very positively, including with the Brexit referendum result producing opportunities for us…

“We remain very confident about SSQ’s continuing progress and are on track to increase both GP and profit before tax again in the current financial year.”
