Jobs boost as China’s Ctrip opens call centre in Edinburgh

Edinburgh’s commercial sector is to be boosted by the creation of 200 customer service jobs.

The Scotsman reports the job creations are down to Chinese online travel agency Ctrip opening a customer service call centre in Edinburgh.

The facility, set to open early next year, will provide customer service across a range of time zones and languages.
