ManpowerGroup partners with Rockwell Automation to upskill US military veterans

Recruitment giant ManpowerGroup has joined forces with Rockwell Automation to upskill 1,000 military veterans a year for advanced manufacturing roles across the US.

The programme, announced yesterday, sees veterans learn advanced manufacturing processes, acquiring skills that will significantly increase their earning potential and set them up for sustainable jobs within advanced manufacturing.

The partnership expands on Rockwell Automation's long-standing Engineer-in-Training (EIT) programme, which combines classroom learning with hands-on laboratory experience. The initiative is also part of ManpowerGroup's MyPath programme aimed at building the talent and skills that clients need while providing people with help and access to jobs that enhance their employability.
