Arrows founders complete share buy-out

The founders of international multi-sector recruiter Arrows Group have completed a share buy-out enabling them to become sole shareholders of group businesses ICG Medical and Arrows Group Global.
The move follows a demerger of the group’s businesses in 2015 and sees Adrian Treacy become sole shareholder of ICG Medical and James Parsons become sole shareholder of Arrows Group Global.
Technology recruiter Arrows Group, formed in 2003, has operations in London, Amsterdam, Gurgaon, Munich and Singapore, while what was launched as the group’s healthcare division in 2005 subsequently rebranded to ICG Medical. Its brands include Cromwell Medical Staffing, Imperial Medical Staffing and Care Cover Medical, operating throughout the UK, India and Australia.
