Manchester counts its winnings as Bet365 looks to hire 90 more staff

Online gambling company Bet365 has announced plans to hire 90 staff at its offices in Manchester.

The company says it will be recruiting at all levels, including junior and senior developers, team leads, tech leads and project managers.

Warren Hughes, head of systems development for Bet365 Manchester, told the Prolific North website that the company’s expansion at its Manchester office, which opened in April last year, had been faster than anticipated.

“Manchester’s deep talent pool has enabled us to keep the bar high and attract a fine calibre of developer. We have been impressed how quickly the new office has become productive.

“We’ve found that the unique technical challenges on offer are helping us to attract Manchester’s top talent,” he added.
