Carpeo to create 300 contact centre jobs in South Wales

Customer services firm Carpeo Business Process Outsourcing is to create 300 jobs at a new contact centre in Newport, South Wales.

According to a statement from the Welsh government, Carpeo is opening its new branch at Cleppa Park, Duffryn in June.

The statement Carpeo is actively recruiting 24 employees at all levels for its launch date, rising to 60 by end of the year and 300 by 2022.
