Diversifying and talent development behind success of Awards 2017 shortlist

Rapid growth through operating in an array of industry sectors and the successful development of future recruitment talent have been behind the shortlisting of some of the best small agencies for this year’s Recruiter Awards in association with Anderson BPO.
At least that is what these agency leaders told Recruiter when asked for the main reason as to why they had been shortlisted in this year’s Recruiter Awards, at an event celebrating this year’s shortlist held at Royal Bank of Scotland’s City of London headquarters last night.
Recruiter spoke to Julian Thompson, managing director at 24-Staffing, Andrew Molloy, MD at Eligo Recruitment and Carl Turner, director at Cognitive Group, who have all been shortlisted in the Recruitment Agency Of The Year 11-49 employees category as well as Robert Wilde of Volcanic, who has been shortlisted for Recruitment Entrepreneur Of The Year.
