The studio will develop an MMO (multi player online game), with director Michael Boniface, previously of games firm Reloaded Productions, taking up the helm and given responsibility to identify talent for the studio.

Skymoons has been supported by Scottish Development International, the international arm of the Scottish Government and Scotland's enterprise agencies, to choose Edinburgh for its new studio.
