Frontline Recruitment has promoted Joshua Rhodes to business relationship manager in Nottingham and Thomas Hartree to business team leader in Leicester.

The company said the promotions come at a time when it is looking to expand across its six offices in Derby, Hull, Leicester, Mansfield, Nottingham and Weymouth.
