Global executive search firm Boyden has appointed Uma Cresswell as a partner and global head of HR and talent management, financial services. 

Before joining Boyden, Cresswell held senior roles at a number of banking and finance organisations including Australia & New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ), AXA Rosenberg, Deutsche Bank, Cable & Wireless and NatWest Bank.

She is based in the firm’s London office.
