Life sciences, pharma and IT recruiter SEC has appointed Oliver Morkel as team leader of its pharma team.

Morkel joins from Hobson Prior, where was team leader, having joined the company in 2009 as a trainee. 

Meanwhile, Chris Howard joins as head of marketing from the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), where he held the same role.
