South Oxfordshire sales recruitment business Raw Talent Academy has hosted an ‘Apprentice’-style audition day for London-based medical recruiter A&E Agency.

Candidates undertook a series of real-life business tasks while being assessed by A&E Agency’s senior management team, as well as Raw Talent Academy assessors.

While A&E Agency was initially looking to hire four candidates, the recruiter, founded by former The Apprentice winner Lee McQueen, ended up hiring five consultants through Raw Talent Academy’s process.
