Global micro-specialist staffing group Phaidon International has promoted Harry Youtan to chief executive from managing director of North America.

The move is part of a number of key personnel changes for the group’s new financial year in November 2016.

These include James Brown stepping up into the role of MD of Eurasia; Kieran Behan taking on the role of MD of North America; and Adam Buck moving into the role of executive chairman.

Meanwhile, chief operating officer Andrew McNeilis moves into the new position of chief commercial officer, while Stuart Batchelor, the group’s chief strategy officer, becomes non-executive chairman, replacing Andy McRae who steps down after three years.

Phaidon provides staffing through its group of eight recruitment brands, each specialising in a separate market.
