International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has appointed Rakesh Sharma as senior adviser and consultant in Gurgaon, India.

Sharma has more than 35 years of international management experience in the healthcare and life sciences sector, as well as in the telecom, logistics, chemicals and consumer goods industries.
