Local Link Recruitment has invested in a new bespoke software system to streamline the service it provides to both workers and businesses.

The Lincolnshire-based recruiter, which specialises in supplying temporary staff to the food and horticultural industries, has commissioned Bourne-based Red Planet Programming to develop a system to match workers with job opportunities based on their skills and availability.
