Global recruiter Randstad has launched a digital version of its HR handbook WorkPocket.

The handbook enables users to navigate through a virtual world of work – WorkPocket World – moving between five floors that contain true-to-life scenarios, including animations about alcohol abuse, maternity leave, equal pay and other key HR issues in the workplace. The new layout aims to provide a more memorable, and mobile, approach to providing HR information.

WorkPocket is aimed at HR professionals, employers, line managers and employees alike, and is designed so that anyone can dip in and out of the resource and get the level of information they need. Topics range from on-boarding new starters and drafting ‘offer letters’, to employee rights and the latest legislation.
