Neil Pollington has been appointed as head of recruitment by Places for People Group.

Pollington, a former recruitment manager at outsourcing company Serco, revealed to Recruiter he started at the property management, development, regeneration and leisure company 12 months ago to cover a maternity leave but with the group moving to a shared service model there was a need for someone to take a strategic overview to recruitment across the business.
