Scottish recruitment experts Eden Scott have launched a new division, ES Digital, to meet the growing demand for specialist digital roles across Scotland.

Despite the fact the sector is worth £1.5bn and is responsible for over 101,000 jobs, the country is experiencing a digital skills shortage. The growth in Scotland's SME sector particularly within fintech, cloud computing, e-commerce and gaming among others has really fuelled this demand.

Headed up by digital specialist Jennifer Telfer, a senior consultant within the existing sales and marketing team, the new division will specifically focus on roles that meet the demand of this growing digital sector.
