US healthcare staffing specialist Cross Country Healthcare has added Buffy Stultz White as senior vice-president, recruiting strategy & operations.

White will occupy the newly-created role designed to oversee and manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate attraction to placement and will be responsible for driving increased candidate flow and operational efficiencies. 

She will be working closely with the business unit presidents and their teams, and will report to William J Grubbs, president and chief executive of Cross Country.
