IT recruiter Venturi has promoted Sian Souness, Joe Ingleby and Jamie Rogers to director.

Souness and Ingleby were previously team leads, while Rogers was a data specialist.

Souness is now permanent director, while Ingleby is Venturi’s contract director and Rogers is associate director for the group’s permanent team.

The firm said the new directors will focus on bolstering Venturi’s organic growth by driving performance and increasing headcount across both contract and perm teams to facilitate further expansion into new territories and markets.
