Multi-sector recruiter Oliver James Associates’ Hong Kong business has appointed Anna Agafonova to head up its new dedicated banking desk across the Asia-Pacific region. 

She joins the business from recruitment giant Hays in Shanghai, where she was business manager for banking & financial services. Before this, Agafonova was head of financial institutions practice for Hays, Moscow.
