Diss-based eras acquires Central Learning Solutions

People development and psychometrics organisation eras has acquired Central Learning Solutions (CLS). 

CLS provides tailor-made training solutions specialising in business skills, management and leadership development and executive coaching.

The deal sees Jo Tonnison from CLS join the eras team as the new programme co-ordinator, while the leadership and management team at CLS, including founder and chair Jacky Carpenter, will also remain and continue to focus on the merger of the business.

All CLS employees and consultants will transfer to eras. The combined organisation will be based at eras’s head office and training suite in Diss, Norfolk.
