Specialist permanent, temporary and interim recruiter Argyll Scott has promoted Rachel Weightman from managing consultant to associate director within its technology contract division.

Her new remit will be to grow Argyll Scott’s Technology business within financial services, and promote development across its commerce and industry areas.
