Talent assessment and management consultancy firm Talent Plus has appointed Don Tomlinson as chief information officer.

Tomlinson will oversee a team of software developers and technology solutions consultants, managing TalentBank, Talent Plus' software platform. He will work with clients to innovate and implement Talent Plus' technology systems and strategic initiatives. 

Most recently, he was chief technology officer at software company ATS Secured, where he was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s secured social platform for mortgages, and managed the development, design and product features for their cloud-based solutions.
