Sense Scotland, an organisation supporting disabled people and their families, has turned to global HR software and services provider NGA Human Resources to implement an HR system aimed at streamlining operational procedures and eliminate existing time-consuming processes.

NGA's HR management tool ResourceLink will, over the course of the next five years, enable HR managers to create and publish vacancies to the organisation’s own website using pre-defined custom templates.

ResourceLink aims to reduce instances of data duplication and improve the flow of information across the organisation, as well as helping to reduce recruitment costs.
