Career Moves’ Simons makes his own career move

Tom Simons, head of Career Moves HR, is leaving the company after five years to take on a new role, Career Moves has announced.

Tom Simons, head of Career Moves HR, is leaving the company after five years to take on a new role, Career Moves has announced. 

Succeeding him at the helm of the HR division will be account director Alexandra Biagioni, who will continue to look after media, tech and creative brands. Biagioni has been with the company for more than six years.

A company statement said: “We are very proud to see Tom moving on to a new and amazing opportunity that will no doubt allow him to continue to be a big name in the recruitment industry.” It was not revealed where Simons was moving to.

Simons is moving to multi-channel media specialist round8 to head up its agency & brand practice, placing senior executives into commercial and operations positions. He will focus on hiring across EMEA and growing retained search and exclusive project revenues.
