Recruitment giant Adecco Group UK & Ireland has created three new senior positions to strengthen its offering in professional and general staffing, and to drive business performance.

Internal candidates have been promoted to fill the roles.

Effective 1 September, Nicola Linkleter will become president of professional staffing, Alex Fleming becomes president of general staffing, and Chris Moore will be president of group operations.

In her new role, Linkleter, currently managing director of Adecco firm Badenoch & Clark, will provide overall leadership for the technology solutions division of Ajilon, Badenoch & Clark, Computer People, Judd Farris, Modis, Roevin, and Spring Technology and Telecommunications.

Meanwhile Fleming, MD of Adecco Retail and Adecco Corporate, will lead Adecco Retail, Adecco Corporate and Office Angels. Since joining Adecco in 1997, Fleming has held senior roles within Adecco Group’s general staffing brands and was named MD of Adecco Retail and Spring Personnel in 2013.

Moore will lead the development of candidate experience, as well as driving performance improvement and managing the project management office (PMO) and business change teams. He has been in the industry for over 20 years, with the last seven years at the Adecco Group, where he has held senior leadership positions in both professional staffing, general staffing and managed services, as well as group-wide roles in sales, marketing and change management.
