Energy, infrastructure and engineering recruiter Spencer Ogden has selected Fairsail to provide a global cloud HR management system.

Spencer Ogden launched in 2010 with 13 staff, which has now grown to more than 350 across 15 locations worldwide. It was this growth that prompted the company to acquire an HR system that would cater to the demands of its expanded business, while streamlining its day-to-day processes.
