The RecruitMyBuddy recruitment model promises to remove expensive agencies from the equation without compromising on the quality of candidates.

The service aims to bypass standard recruitment agencies, by putting businesses in direct contact with higher-quality candidates through employee referrals, where staff recommend a colleague or associate for a role and are paid a fee if they are hired.
