Manchester-based multi-sector recruiter Rain Consultancy Group has appointed Mike Holman from Hays Engineering as senior recruitment consultant.

Also joining is Chris Botham from Search Consultancy, who is hired to establish its civil engineering contract & permanent function.

Furthermore, Chris Hickey, who has worked at Rain Consultancy Group for 10 years, has been promoted to director and appointed as a shareholder.
