Warwickshire-based recruiter Path Selection has promoted general manager Chris Folly to managing director.

The appointment comes as the firm moves from Rugby to new 2,300 sq ft offices in Kenilworth’s Stoneleigh Business Park.

The firm, which places candidates for permanent roles in the accountancy, finance, marketing, HR and engineering sectors, also announced plans to expand its team from six to 21 by 2020.

Path Selection is a division of Midland employment and training group, eResponse.
