Brookson, the specialist accountants for contractors, freelancers and small businesses, has acquired Boomerang Funding, the first of a number of acquisitions in which the company is interested. 

Boomerang Funding is a provider of funding solutions to the temporary recruitment market and will become part of Brookson’s outsourcing division.

Andrew Fahey, managing director of Brookson – outsourcing, says: “The first channel that we are looking to develop for Brookson SME is start-up recruitment businesses. Boomerang Funding provides access to that market and will broaden the service offering that Brookson provides.”
