ADVERTORIAL: HMRC to speak at Prism seminar

Speakers from HMRC will present at PRISM’s free ‘Brave New World’ seminar to be held at London’s Kings Fund on Friday 22nd July.
Tue, 12 July 2016 Friday 22nd July – The Kings Fund – London

Speakers from HMRC will present at PRISM’s free ‘Brave New World’ seminar to be held at London’s Kings Fund on Friday 22nd July.

They will be discussing the current consultation regarding impending Off-payroll – Working in the Public Sector – Reform of the Intermediaries legislation.

These proposals are set to shake up how recruiters and providers work with contractors engaged in the public sector. As the consultation stands, they hold significant complexities and liabilities for recruiters when they will be introduced in April 2017.

This is an essential session for anyone working with contractors in this sector and will help agencies understand the proposals, timelines and impacts of the legislation.

The seminar is divided into two sessions; the morning is dedicated to providers and intermediaries, whilst agencies and hirers are invited in the afternoon. Further presentations will deal with various compliance issues, IR35 and the vision for PRISM.
