US healthcare recruiter AMN Healthcare has acquired information management services company Peak Health Solutions.

The acquisition was funded through AMN’s existing revolving credit facility. 

Commenting on the deal Susan Salka, AMN’s president and chief executive, said the acquisition would allow the firm to expand its workforce solutions and enable it to offer their clients services in accurately coding diagnosis and procedure codes, critical to clinical quality reporting and the financial health of healthcare organisations.
