Recruitment process outsourcing and managed service provider Resource Solutions has appointed Indy Lachhar as head of people.

Lachhar joins from engineering solutions provider Costain, where she led its talent management team.

Her new role, based in the firm’s UK head office, will be to lead its people and development team. Lachhar will focus on building the infrastructure to increase its people capability, spearheading efforts to enhance employee engagement, performance management, learning & development and diversity & inclusion programmes and offerings.
