IT recruiter The People Network has promoted long-standing employees Chris Kent, Mark Thomas and Vikesh Chandarana to joint managing directors.

The three have been with the business for more than eight years and have worked their way up from senior consultant positions. 

In 2013, The People Network became part of the Pertemps Network Group. A group statement says its new leadership team has the full backing of the Pertemps Network Group board, who has commissioned a redevelopment of The People Network’s Kembrey Park office in Swindon.
