Thai food restaurant chain Giggling Squid has appointed Faith Locker-Marsh as its new head of people.

Locker-Marsh previously worked at American dining restaurant The Big Easy as people and talent manager, and coffeehouse chain AMT Coffee as recruitment manager. 

She will now lead the recruitment and training programmes at all current 15 Giggling Squid sites, including the most recent opening in Bury St Edmunds and soon-to-launch Berkhamsted restaurant.
