International recruitment and search consultancy Eames Consulting Group has appointed Roland Perry as chief financial officer. 

Perry will be based in London and succeeds outgoing finance director Andy Muir.

Perry has more than 20 years’ experience as a finance director, with nine of those spent in the recruitment industry, having worked at companies including Walker Hamill, Morgan McKinley and BIE.
