IT services and telecoms provider Daisy Group has launched a talent development programme aimed to further enhance the careers of its graduates.

The 12-month programme sees 20 participants take part in Million Makers – a Dragons’ Den-style fundraising challenge in partnership with the Prince’s Trust charity. As part of the programme, all the graduates are allocated a senior business mentor from Daisy’s leadership team, as well as access to training focusing on key business skills.

The campaign was spread across the whole of the Daisy Group, attracting 120 employees with university degrees. The final 20 graduates chosen represent a whole variety of different skillsets and knowledge.
