Recruitment agency directory Agency Central has taken over the running of the social leaderboards started by careers site CV-Library.

Updated weekly, the leaderboards rank the UK's most active recruitment agencies and employers on social media.

A spokesperson for Agency Central told Recruiter CV-Library ran the leaderboards as a 12-month exercise and during talks agreed Agency Central would continue with the leaderboards going forward.

The spokesperson added the firm anticipates a “significant expansion” of social media activity of recruiters in the future. As a consequence it plans to significantly expand the information to allow agencies to compare how they rank against other similar agencies, sorted by such factors as industry sector, geographic location or agency size.
