Recruitment agency start-up provider 3R has launched 3R Finance.

The service, launched in partnership with Aldermore Bank, provides 100% finance of perm and contract invoices. Agencies using the service are paid their margin at the same time that their contractors are paid, and paid perm fees when the invoice is sent to their client.

Meanwhile, 3R has also announced it has moved to new offices at Universal Marina on the River Hamble. The firm says the move accommodates additional accounting and operational staff to help deal with the extra demand for recruitment start-up services and the new back office service provided by 3R Finance.
