Reinsurance staffing specialist Phildon has appointed Mary Ferguson as associate director.

Previously, Ferguson was the head of the insurance division at financial and professional services recruiter Eames. She will now work alongside Phildon’s co-founders Gareth Phillips and Mark Sheldon to focus on delivering mid-to-senior level searches in the underwriting, broking & claims sectors. 

She is based in Singapore.
