Health and social care recruiter Liquid Personnel has promoted four senior staff members to associate director positions.

David Cahill, Debra Watson, Mark Bladen and Michael McEvoy have been promoted from their previous positions as regional and sector managers with the Manchester firm.

Cahill, Bladen and McEvoy are all graduates of the firm’s Liquid Academy training programme and management training programme, while Watson was brought in to launch and grow the firm’s contract Allied Health Professionals division and manage its existing permanent healthcare team.
