Global network of retained executive search firms Penrhyn International has appointed Michael Herst as chairman.

Herst, a partner at UK executive search firm Osprey Clarke, joined the Penrhyn Board in 2012 and has previously held the posts vice chairman and treasurer. 

He is joined on the board by new treasurer and director Charles Lew, the founding partner of US search firm Coleman Lew + Associates.
