Global recruiting network NPAworldwide has elected new representatives to its board of directors.

The new representatives include:

  • Taufik Arief, People Search Indonesia (Jakarta, Indonesia), elected to a two-year term as director for Asia
  • Glenn Arnold, Arnold Group Australia (Melbourne, Australia), re-elected to a two-year term as a director for Australia/New Zealand
  • Scott King, Kings Resources (Brisbane, Australia), elected to a two-year term as a director for Australia/New Zealand
  • Laura Schmieder, Premier Placement, (Allentown, Pennsylvania, US), elected to a two-year term as director for the US Northeast region, a role she has previously held
  • Gregg Whitt, Professional Personnel Associates (Clemson, South Carolina, US), elected to a two-year term as director for the US Southeast region
  • Alfy Zidan, PureAudit (Wassenaar, Netherlands), elected to a two-year term as director for EMEA. He had previously served as a non-elected managing director.


Additionally, Nerissa Reyes of Avanti People Partnership International (Manila, Philippines) became the chairman of the board of directors upon completion of a one-year term as chairman-elect. 


The board of directors is responsible for providing strategic leadership and directions to the member-owned global recruitment network, as well as developing an annual budget and overseeing network administration.
